Adam Walford has been in the real estate industry for over 20 years and has a great knowledge base in all areas property management. Within Adam’s previous franchise group, his hard work and dedication paid off and he was awarded property manager of the year five times. Adam treats all rental properties as though they are his own and takes great satisfaction in achieving results that surpasses the expectations of his clients. For 10 years, Adam was a sales agent, but found a passion in the long-term relationships that come with property management. His legal knowledge & experience at SACAT means he is often is able to negotiate a great settlement, and thoroughly enjoys the challenge of tackling a more complex matter. Outside of the office, Adam enjoys keeping active through playing baseball and spending time with his young daughter. Aside from family time, Adam loves tinkering with his pride and joy, a mint condition 1982 Holden Commodore SLE.
